Founded as a Georgian entity in 2012 (operations), it broadcasts live sports content including EPL, Champions League, NBA, and UFC across 13+ post-Soviet countries. Owned and managed by Adjarasport (a subsidiary of Adjara Group). 270+ employees as of 2025.
