Anonymity and Privacy

Your submissions (salaries, reviews, interviews) are displayed anonymously to other users. We do not publicly display your name, email, or other identifying information alongside your content.

In our database, we store only your Clerk user ID (not your email or name directly) linked to your submissions for account management purposes.

Data Storage and Security

We store your data securely using industry-standard practices. Your authentication data is managed by Clerk, which maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

Future Analytics

We may implement analytics services (such as top.ge or Google Analytics) in the future. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy and notify users accordingly.

However, your submitted content (salaries, reviews, interviews) will remain on the platform in an anonymous form to maintain the integrity and usefulness of our community data. This content cannot be linked back to you after account deletion.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

These measures include encryption, secure servers, and regular security assessments.
